In almost all cases, orders received before 2pm Eastern time ship the same day. Orders received after 2pm or on weekends usually ship the next business day.

Our shipping location in Colorado means that the vast majority of our US standard ground shipments reach their destination in 4 days or less, including shipments to Hawaii. Alaskan standard shipments typically arrive in 5 days.

We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options.

We generally ship via UPS and the US Postal Service, with some international shipments sent through other carriers.

Please inspect your delivery within 30 days of shipment to ensure your order is received in full and you have all of the
necessary equipment. Gallery System Art Displays is not responsible for lost or missing items after 30 days, but we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your art hanging system.

If you ordered multiple wall tracks, please note that tracks are bundled together to avoid potential damage in transit.
Upon inspection, you may need to unbundle tracks to confirm quantity
received.

All orders are covered by our 60-day return policy: we accept returns of unused items in new condition and will gladly refund your purchase price (less any shipping charges and a 10 percent re-stocking fee) within 60 days of purchase.

All our pre-configured kits (for both wall-mount and picture rail hanging products) ship free to the 48 Continental United States. Surcharges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and other countries.

While many online stores offer "free" shipping, it necessarily involves compromises. In addition to higher prices on individual items, “free” shipping can also involve delayed fulfillment of your order and no tracking number for your shipment.

We feel our customers deserve a higher standard, and that the professional-quality hanging equipment (especially our wall tracks, which measure up to 6.5 feet long) needs top-quality shipping.
