Figuring Your Gallery System RequirementsThe following calculations, typical for most gallery configurations, allow for approximately one large or two small pictures every 5 to 6 feet. If your display is spaced more closely, or further apart, you may want to adjust the number of hangers and hooks proportionately.Tracks (6.5 ft. lengths): determine the number of tracks required by dividing the total wall length in feet by 6.5. Take the nearest whole number or round up to be sure there will be no gaps. Optional Traditional Wood Moulding (6.5 ft. lengths): same calculation as for number of tracks. Hangers (packs of 10): divide the number of tracks by 4 and take the nearest whole number. Hooks (packs of 10): for a one row setup, the number of hook packs will be the same as the number of hanger packs. Otherwise, divide the number of tracks by 3 and take the nearest whole number |
