Installing Picture Lights
The Lighting System works together with the Gallery System tracks.
Lay the flat power cable into the groove on top of the track (see lower left image below). The cable carries 12-volt current to the light wands.
The light wands lock onto the track at any point and draw power through contact probes on their base. Hold the wand in position and turn the lever to lock the wand in place and engage the contact probes.

The main components of the optional lighting system are:
Light Wands and lamps — ready to attach at any point along the track
Blue power cable to carry 12 volt power along the track to the light wands
Junction box to direct 12 volt current coming from the transformer to the blue power cable
Transformer (not shown) to convert wall voltage (120 volts) to 12 volts
